Enjoyed my stay at hotel Carmine very much. The hotel had such a classical and cultural feel to it, from the garden with rose petals and pomegranate tree to the cozy lounge. The bedroom we stayed at had a high ceiling which was comforting considering I've always stayed at hotels with such tiny bedroom space it'd always make me feel claustrophobic, this was not the case here. Lovely staff who are always up for helping their guests with whatever concern they got. The only downside I could find with this hotel was the breakfast, I'm not one for cakes and sweets, this place had an abundance of it and not nearly enough "regular" breakfast options to even it out. White bread, boiled eggs and some ham or cheese...pretty much it. However lovely selection of fruits to go with that if you're looking for a healthier diet. Another downside was the number of ants we'd find in our room, they'd mostly be found on the floor but on occasions on the bedspread. Not sure what the case was, might just be coincidental. Besides that, loved my stay and could definitely consider staying at this place some other time.
