Real fraud
the hotel is chaos and dirty and full of lice (bed bugs)
when I checked into the hotel they tried to deceive me and give me a single bed room while I booked a double bed room.
Then I got a double bed room but it was not the room in their picture but a room on the upper floor and the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes
then when I was going to unpack my things I discovered a lot of lice and insects on the bed.
I filmed too many lice or (Bed bugs) and showed them to the reception that I don't want to stay here and I demanded my money back but they refused.
They offered me another room but it was also just as dirty.
the hotel is really crap and not at all worth spending a single penny there.
