The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper.

The place was very clean and the property conditions were nice. It's close to public transportation and that's convenient. The staff was very responsive and respectful. The street was a bit noisy, and other residents too. Couldn't find good options to dine nearby.

The property was just ok. Didn't realize it was a room with a shared kitchen. My biggest issue was the air conditioning not working properly on an 80 degree day in Philadelphia.

The property was very responsive with communication. I had no issues at all. I walked the area and into the city and back every day. Mind your surroundings, as always, but I loved the property. I would stay here again alone or with a significant other.

First time in philadelphia. This was a very cute nice room to come back too after a long hot day. Just be mindful of the humidity here its a killer in the summer. The room had everything we needed and had a surprisingly comfy bed. Firm but soft. Everyone in the hotel was very mindful and quite during late and early hours of the day. It has a swamp cooler in the room, mini fridge, ironing board, and a nice little tv. Kitchens a shared space which we didnt use since we were too busy enjoying the city. Room was very clean and tidy.

2/10 Dåligt

Not only was the listing deceiving, but we encountered many issues upon check in. You'll receive emails with check in instructions, one of which mentions there being a push lock on the handle of your room. Either the cleaners or the previous tenant pushed that in so we were unable to initially get in. We promptly messaged the host and found something in the shared kitchen to unlock the handle and essentially break in. This is obviously concerning considering virtually anyone else could do the same. Expedia gave us a faster response than the host, who messaged to ask if we had tried inputting the correct code, indicating they were not reading our messages. Our fridge was leaking which led to us being unable to use it. There were dirty linens left in the bathroom leading us to believe the room had never been cleaned. Not to mention the listing doesn't share that your kitchen is shared and despite there being an oven, you're not allowed to use it. There were people right outside our window all night long drilling into either the property or the next door property, which kept us up. Someone called us 45 minutes later to try to ask if we needed a locksmith, sharing that due to the hour there was nothing they could do about the fridge and their only way to rectify the situation was if we left. They said someone from management would call us in the morning to discuss a partial refund, that never happened. Do not stay here. It's not worth the stress and lack of hospitality.

My stay

My review- I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel at all not only did the power and hot water go off the cleaners provided a loud and uneasy feeling environment. I did not feel as secure as I should've. Also the room didn't feel very clean when i first entered the bathroom needs more scrubbing and a new shower curtain the one in my unit is growing mold. I do not plan one ever booking with you guys again.

I was not expecting much, but the room was comfortable and clean, with my own fridge, bathroom and thermostat! The tv worked just fine, even though I didn't use it much! I used uber and buses to get around, and I did walk the neighborhood so.e, too!

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Manko!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einer wilden Nachbarschaft. Mitten im Leben der Großstadt Philadelphia!! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, jedoch haben uns noch ein paar Handtücher und eine kleine Lampe am Bett gefehlt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war super sauber!

Had a great weekend in Philly staying here, Location is easy to catch Uber or walk to Art museum, etc. Very clean room. Owners were very timely with check-in procedure and communication. Would stay there again. Ideal for solo or couples traveling.

I had a wonderful time at this place. It was safe, comfortable, and clean. Note that there is a substantial yet refundable deposit needed before you get any check in information, so keep that in mind before booking.

Short review: you get what you pay for, if all you need is a safe place to sleep at night, this is a good place. Clean. Nicely decorated. Good appliances, etc. READ THE DESCRIPTION -not truly a whole apartment-shared kitchen, no living room type space, bedroom has no closet, no desk, no couch/chair, parking is street parking with a sign that says "2 hours only from 6am to 10pm", I parked longer and didnt get a ticket, but up to you if you want the risk, all in, I would stay again. Security deposit is requested to be paid through a cashapp, but i refused and was given a link to pay an invoice through stripe so I had a receipt. Longer review: I had issues receiving communication from the property via Expedia. He sent me screenshots of the messages he supposedly sent via Expedia but I never received them. I did get two emails from messages from him through expedia but not all of them. But if you have whatsapp or another way to call/message a non-us number, you will get fast response (mostly!) I had an issue figuring out the door lock and tried calling at checkin, its good I figured it out because host was out of country and didn't respond for hours since it was the middle of th night wherever he was. Wouldn't have helped if I hadnt been able to figure the lock out though. Otherwise, whatsapp got prompt responses. As stated, its a private room and bathroom attached to a small shared kitchen, NOT an apartment, but again you get what you pay for.
