Well, we knew it was close to the train station and the old locomotives so that smell isn't that much to complain on. But if you make a reservation for your old mum and dad, and do write that you would like to have a room on the first floor or that you will make sure that the hotel do have a elevator and realize that you will get none of that. When we asked the hotel staff, then they did denied that we have made that kind of reservation and when I showed them my copy, then they still denied it and said that Hotels.com never send that information. My parents room where on the second floor and the elevator was out of order, and when I asked when do should fix that then they couldn't say so we have to help our parents the first two days before they could move to another room. This staff doesn't know what the word "serviceminded" means. To get some compensation for all struggle, then I asked for a cup of coffee but they still charged us for that, and when I asked they said that wasn't possible to get some free coffee. That sad story was that I have made a reservation for my aunt and her husband two weeks later, and even if they don't have the problem to walk, they told me that the elevator was still out of order. To be honest, this hotel isn't bad, it's only managed by people who doesn't know how to treat people in a good manor. No AC on the room, and no chance to get a even the smallest fan.
