Room was clean.
First employee (gentleman) who helped us was nice and professional, but didn't put any extra effort in checking to see if the ADA room he gave us was a roll-in shower or not. Luckily the lady worker in the back was kn her way out and overheard everything and was able to assist us since she knew off the top of her head which ADA room had a roll-in shower.
The bed in this room was flimsy and felt very cheap. The box spring fell through the bed frame on the right side which had my wife and I sleeping at a slant position the first night.
Other than that, the room was huge, nice, clean, and very accommodating.
