There is no flexibility when it comes to check-in time, none. Communications work through WhatsApp only via text. No phone calls accepted. If there is an issue with the property, you can only communicate via text. Maintenance scheduled for a specific time are a no show. The property asks you to leave your access card key in the lock so maintenance can come in if you are not available. Apparently there is no other way for maintenance to access the room, no extra key! I find this hard to believe.
The bathroom is a safety and an environmental hazard. If you are not careful, you will slip in the shower. The shower has mold all over, and there are water stains all over the ceiling. It is unclean. The bathroom reeks of sewer. The smell comes from the drainage hole, the shower and the sink. It stinks. I would like a refund and compensation for all the safety and environmental hazards.
To my fellow traveler, save yourself the headache and get yourself a hotel. If you have children, do not stay at this property. The next door neighbor has odd working hours. The person is up from 11pm to 3am making all sorts of noise, like moving furniture, having guests and 2 am showers. Sleep not guaranteed with a great deal of noise.
To Expedia, you need to reconsider posting this type of apartments on your page. The images shown for this room are misleading. 15 U.S. Code § 52 and 15 U.S. Code § 54 make false advertisement unlawful with penalties for violating the law.
