This hotel is the best we have booked with Hotels.com. The staff were professional yet friendly and extremely helpful...it was our first visit to Porto and to Portugal. The hotel is perfectly situated on the waterfront.... close to dining options, boat cruises and shopping. Each morning we looked forward to our breakfast which was excellent.....a lot of choice and plentiful and fresh. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the harbour. This is a surprise boutique hotel during our trip to Spain and Portugal. Very cozy and new and unique. We have a two connected family rooms facing the plaza. The front desk is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is restaurant style and food is best for our whole trip. Definitely will recommend
