Really good location, only 20 minute walk from Lime Street Station, but when we stayed the lift was broken and the stairs were an absolute killer. The window in our room did not fully close so it was particularly cold, it was October though. A very small double bed which meant both myself and my daughter nearly fell out on multiple occasions. The room was small, but generally clean, a couple of random stains on the wall though....

The room was good, and you get what you pay for. The blinds were broken so didn’t shut and it was very hot in the room given the windows don’t open very far.

Hotel was central staff were helpful it was grand national weekend so busy overall & for the money we were satisfied
Verifierad recension

8/10 Mycket bra

Tiny room. Very cramped with a view of a brick wall less than 15 feet away. Blinds were closed and I can see why. Staff were lovely and the bed was comfy

Would of been 5 stars but the lift was not working and I was on the 6th floor 😭
Verifierad recension

2/10 Dåligt

The lift was broke, there was sick and a cup on the stairs for 2 days so I don’t think they a cleaner. They place stunk of urine there’s literally no hotel car park so you have to pay 26 a day. People shouting in there rooms with the television blaring to probably drown out sounds that were going on. Something shifty about this place. Don’t waist your money or time as the reception also lies.
