Whether good or bad will depend upon your expectations in terms of customer service and whether being able to walk to the facility on your own (by foot) is important.
If you just want a bed for the night, and a decent breakfast in the morning before your flight, you will probably be content with this place.
However, it isn’t possible to walk on your own to this hotel. Milan's airport has a regular full sized shuttle bus (for free) going between Terminal 1 & 2. Relevant bus stop is Case Nuove for Idea Hotel and all other hotels in the area. This bus service works well.
As I realized I couldn’t walk there, I called Idea Hotel and requested a shuttle service (it was almost 11pm at night and my phone had less than 10 % battery).
I got told by the answering person that they couldn’t offer any own shuttle service to their hotel, and he instead very briefly informed me about Milan airport’s shuttle bus (The first time I heard about it).
However, he told me he was busy, didn’t have time to talk to me currently and instead promised to call me back. I never heard from him again.
Luckily, and after almost going for an expensive taxi instead, I managed to get on the airport shuttle bus (departing at 23:25) and made it to the hotel eventually.
The following morning, I left on my own and took the Airport shuttle bus back. After previous night's unpleasant experience (staff’s rude behavior (+ empty promise)), I neither trusted them nor their shuttle service system anymore.
