The room was dirty. The outlets were cracked and hanging out of the walls. The bathroom fixtures were ripped out of the walls, leaving holes. The bed spreads were visibly stains and unwashed and the mattresses had dirt rings around the bottom where the cover was riding up. I was willing to overlook this, but the broken A/C was the straw I could not live with.
After waiting over an hour after check in to get the room, we were in it only about 45 minutes before we left, not knowing if Expedia would credit me back the $286 in One key cash I used for the three day stay.
We left, willing to risk loosing our money. I only asked management for the $60 pet deposit refunded. They refused, saying they would not give it back because my tiny dogs entered the room, so they would have to clean it. I explained that the room wasn't clean to begin with.
When I said I was leaving a one star review due to filth, non working A/C, a lack of pet refund when we were not there for an hour, she told me I was being mean and personally threatening her, as the review reflected the hotel and her job.
We went somewhere else and had a pleasant 3 day stay. I won't recommend this place to anyone. I still don't know if I will be able to get my One Key Cash back, but I'm glad I didn't stay there longer than an hour.
