Very disappointed...
Well, I had no big expectations, we just needed a place to sleep, so I wanted something unexpensive but clean...The hotel was absolutely not what we expected...Not even close to the pictures and how it was described and shown on the web. Even if it's not the "pricy" type, it was not worth the money. The room was not ready to move in when we arrived (18.00 pm), it was poorly cleaned and didn't felt fresh at all...The hotel staff spoke very bad english, we could hardly understand each other. One of the main reason to choose this hotel, besides the location, was their service regarding the airport shuttle, which I expected to get; - they ignored my request, despite the fact I informed them about all of the details about our arrival. (They have toilet articles and other stuff placed in the room which they charge extra when you check out, - this stuff is marked only with chinese description, so you have no chance to understand it if you can't read chinese...Not expensive, but annoying anyway, when you have got the description about the room before that toilet articles and mini products are included... ) My suggestion: - avoid this hotel, even if you want something less expensive, - you can find something much cleaner with better service for the same price.
