One of the worst hotel and service experiences I've ever had.
-Complacent staff in the reception that try their best to avoid you (most likely because they are so used to getting complaints)
-Hotel room is falling apart, stains on lamps, walls and ceiling.
-Dirty towels and patchy old duvet. When I asked for a new towel, reception told me they would bring it to the room, but nobody came.
-No toiletries available. They only had soap to wash your hands with, but no schampoo, shower gel, conditioner.
-No bottled water offered
This is a fraud of a hotel and should be a two star hotel at best. Seems like theyre going bankrupt and have zero interest in serving their customers; they only want your money but wont give you anything in return.
