Good value for money but some instructions how to turn the radiator on would have been useful. I had two chilly nights in my room.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the room we was in ,31, had been refurbished but still a couple of issues but we spoke to the manager and he made a note and said he would sort it , there is a lot of work to be done to make the motel up to a certain level but it’s clear it’s well on its way

Just stayed one night after a concert so only made use of the room which had recently been renovated.Nice and comfortable.Queued for ages waiting to check in on arrival but once it was our turn the lady checking us in was very pleasant and apologetic. They take a holding deposit on arrival, which is refunded once room is checked over after departure.

Room absolutely boiling, floor dirty, no shower gel, poor breakfast

2/10 Dåligt

We arrived on a business trip, we requested two single beds and was repeatedly offered doubles. After trying four plus rooms of which the manager didn’t know which room had what in, he proceeded to walk round with a key card knocking on room doors to check which were available. The pictures are not a true reflection of the rooms. This felt really unprofessional and didn’t not leave us feeling secure. As two young girls we did not feel safe here. The worst part is after the issues we agreed we would just find another hotel late night in an unfamiliar area, I requested a refund and I’m yet to hear anything further. Would not recommend.

2/10 Dåligt

Staff were okay, it says they have full breakfast but they don’t, the rooms were horrible, the walls are thin so you can here everything, full of bugs as there was a gap on the bottom of the front door meant to stay for 5 nights but only stayed for 1 and got charged a parking fine for my first night when I Clearly wrote down my registration as I signed papers before I checked, I wouldn’t recommend if you staying for more than 2 nights

Lovely breakfast in an airy dining area. Staff friendly and helpful. The main issue we felt was the room needed some refurbishing, curtains were fixed to window and the wall light shade at one side of the bed was broken and hanging down exposing wiring. It was quite dusty so must of been like it for a time.

Horrible rooms. Check in slow.

Staff didn't clean the room everyday we actually had to ask for the room to be cleaned but they did do it as soon as we asked. The rooms didn't have air con you are supplied with a fan but the room is extremely hot and very hard to sleep. The only other complaint is you can hear alot into other rooms a man screaming kept us up one night was extremely loud through the walls.

Although the hotel is being renovated and upgraded we were in one of the old rooms, bedding was clean and bathroom was ok, but as for the rest of the room it was pretty bad, cobwebs everywhere splash marks on walls etc. staff were great on arrival and departure, free continental breakfast. £30 deposit required upon check in which I wasn’t aware of and to be fair if I had looked at the room first I would have refused to pay it. But great location for visiting Coventry.

Ideal location of hotel. For what you pay room is as expected but imagine only if you stay in one of the updated rooms. Even these the standard of finish just seems rushed. Room wasn't overly clean on arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying whilst renovating my property. Location of the hotel was out of the way of people's footfall and noise from patronage was minimal. This will be a secret hideaway for a quiet getaway. High maintenance will help futurewise to be an excellent choice in hotel choices. Carpark space is good as long as patrons don't spoil by slamming doors, bright headlights etc.

2/10 Dåligt

Very cheap and friendly staff. Otherwise pretty terrible. Dirty, aged 1980s decor, uncomfortable bed with springs popping out.
