Cleaning staff left our door open
Nice and clean room that had everything we needed. Both the room and the bed were quite small, but it wasn't a problem since we weren't in the room that much. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many bus stops, making it a great base for exploring the city. The only problem we had was that when we got back to our room on the second day, the cleaner had forgotten to lock out door, the door was not wide open but the hatch was caught in the middle (see picture). When i told the staff they didn't quite understand why it was a big deal that out room wasn't locked and just said sorry and gave us a bottle of water as compansation. Fortunately we didn't leave any important things in our room but it's still unacceptable. Everything else is fine and nice, but because of that incident i will not book ths hotel again.
