The room was reasonably clean and quiet. The staffs were really polite and friendly. We had trouble connecting to the wireless router at sixth floor. Wifi in all areas were available but at some hours the router was out of service, so we couldn't connect to it. I tried to explain the problem to the staff, but they didn't understand what I mean, and finally they've gave me the wifi password of neighboring hotel !!!. The breakfast wasn't awesome, particularly its poor hot menu, but they offered a decent variety of cold meals. And finally the hotel location was awesome, while it was pretty close to Gulhane tram station, and Grand Bazar, and Bosphorus seaside. Also a rooftop area was provided to offer a 180 degree view of Istanbul's Sultanahmet area including Hagia Sophia and Bosphorus spectacles.
Overall, despite some lacks and shortages, it was a great stay.
