We stayed for four nights and the hotel room itself was OK, it was spacey and the bed was comfortable. However, as others have mentioned, the glass toilet was a little weird choice.. We chose to have breakfast, cause we wanted to be able to have our morning coffees before heading out to town. The breakfast was HUGE disappointment. The service was so bad; the woman who worked there did not greet, talked on a phone all the time and was just generally unfriendly. The selection of food was not fresh, we ended up eating toast with butter everyday.. And the worse part is, that they charge extra for coffee! And by extra I mean, regular coffee shop prices! That's just crazy that hotel guests that pay for their breakfast have to pay extra for their coffee.. Also, the music in the breakfast room was super loud rnb, which would not be my choice for breakfast music.. It was hard to hold a conversation in the room.. The service was not great in the check-in either, we were not greeted, nor were we told anything else except the room number. However, there were some employees who seemed to care about their jobs and who greeted guests by the doors, but some employees really seemed to hate their jobs and customers. Lastly, there is construction happening (they are contracting a building, so might still take quite a while) and our windows were directly to the construction (9th floor), so we could hear it. The location was OK, close to metro, but everything exciting is a metro ride away.
