WARNING SCAM! PICTURES IS NOT FROM THIS HOTEL
We looked really hard to find a hotelroom in Seoul for three persons, when I found this it looked great on the pictures. On the pictures there is a large room with lots of space and three single beds. However thats not the case when we arriving. Instead the whole room, from wall to wall without any space inbetween, is just a huge bed made up by three single beds. I walked down to reception to ask them to move us to the room we booked and payed for. He says that this is that room. I take out my phone and go to their ad on hotels.com and shows him the pictures from the site. His reply is: Oh those pictures are not from our hotel. I tell him that those pictures are the reason we booked this hotel and ask if there is anything he could do to make up for this. He says no what do you mean. I ask if they could move us to a bigger room or maybe two small rooms. The reply from the receptionist is: If it doesn´t fit you are welcome to take your bags and leave. They know the pictures on their ad is from another hotel and yet they make no effort at all to help us with a more fitting room for what we booked. The next day we asked another receptionist if she could help us call a tourcompany that we had the broschyr from. The answer was no you could call them yourselves. We tried to explain we wanted her to call since none of us speak Korean, still no. This is probably the worst service I ever seen from a big hotel! They simple do not care! DO NOT BOOK A HOTELROOM HERE!
