This hotel is in the middle of the old town of Delft, just next to the old cattle market square that is now filled with table for outdoor dining. Everything in the old town is within easy walking distance, and it was also a rather easy walk from the train station. The hotel itself is charming and small, with some rooms at the end of what seems to be a labyrinth. Overall, well managed and clean, with a small but sufficient breakfast buffet. However, if you cannot carry your luggage up rather steep stairs, you should possibly consider other options.
