It was a "cosy" room, unfortunately this meant small, right next the road with little to no sound proofing. Cars/trucks/motorbikes/sirens - zero sleep. Unless you sleep like a log be careful on booking one of these rooms.
The service at the bar - had a £2.50 Thatchers, in a can, poured in a glass, half froth, "wrong glass", poured into another glass, more froth, rest of can slowly dripped in. . .
Walking up to the room, the small corridor had a fire door on it, wedged open - with the smoke exhalation vents from the kitchen below right next to it. The corridor smelt of old fat. . thankfully the room wasn't too bad.
It's a shame I've stayed here before and it's be "ok" - but this time was awful. . .check your room and unless you are a VERY heavy sleeper. . .do not pick a room facing the road (had I know I'd have not taken that room!)
