Overlag var det bra!
Overall our experience was good. The rooms are very fresh and clean and the decor is fun, if you like/care about those kinds of things. The room sizes were a positive surprise! We got a corner room so we had a great view with window-covered walls on two walls.
What was less good was the staff's ability to help us. We had two questions at two different times. The first one was regarding a festival that was about to take place, we had found some information online but the details were unclear, so we asked a girl in the reception. She quite literally picked up her phone and ended up on the same website as us, which wasn't helpful, she ended up saying "You can just google it".
The second time it was a language issue, two people tried to understand us (me and my husband are fluent in english) but the question was simply not understood at all. At that time the staff were so polite and we didn't have the heart to embarrass them so we just left and expressed thanks.
We had drinks in the bar one night which was fine but the bar was MUCH too cold to sit in for a longer period of time. We did not eat there so I have no opinion of that. I would despite the issues with help go back to this hotel because we are quite independent as tourists and if you are the same this hotel would be fine, but if you expect a lot of help with tips, ideas, and support then it will depend largely on who you speak to in the lobby.
