Every time I come to Nashville I choose this hotel for the location and their great customer service, so I was a little surprised when I had a bad experience with one person on the front desk. I checked in on 07/19/2024 evening and the guy who helped me was awesome, very helpful. Later that night around 10 PM when I was ready to go to sleep one set of the pillows stank really bad, like rotten, I called the front desk a couple of time but nobody responded, so I went down and this lady, whose name I don’t remember, was in the front desk, and visible she was irritated, when I explained to her about the pillows, she never stop watching her cell phone, she had the worst attitude, I understand that we get tired, but she was visible more than tired. Besides this, my stay was great and the rest of the staff was amazing.
