Cottages located in the woods
There is a dirt road with pot holes in leading to a village of cottages hidden in the forrest near Mathildedal. This is a quiet place, were you can spend good time with your friends or loved ones. It's located close to the sea with swimming and fishing possibilities. However there is a steep hill with long stairs leading to the sea. The owneres/responsible stayed in a cottage, no signs showing were to go when you arrive. There was no ocean view at all from our cottage, even if the description said limited ocean view. The cottage has everything you need: two bedrooms, one living room combined with fully equiped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, microwave, cutlery, plats, fridge, freezer), wc, shower, sauna and washing room. There is a porch with a wooden bench and table were you can have your meals outside underneath the roof. You should be aware that since these cottages are located in the forrest, there might be a lot of bugs.
You can shop grocery in the town of Salo (about 30 km) or Perniö (about 20 km).
If you want a fully equipped cottage in the deep woods, this is the right place to be. I would consider comming back next summer or even in the winter.
