My experience with this accommodation was deeply disappointing. The customer service was consistently discourteous, and my inquiries were never properly addressed. They do not accept card payments, and after completing the payment, I requested an invoice multiple times without success. When I followed up, I was accused of harassment and subsequently ignored.The property itself does not match the photos presented online. It shows clear signs of neglect, with broken fixtures and a lack of maintenance. Communication is limited to WhatsApp, and once they choose to disengage, they block further contact.I strongly advise against booking this accommodation, as my experience suggests it may be misleading and unreliable.

We really enjoyed the space the apartment provided. It had all the amenities that we would expect. It is located right by a fantastic coffee shop and several wonderful restaurants plus the famous Tram 28e rolls past consistently (Tram 12 works too) we were very lucky to have stayed here. Tucked away deep into the little hills and stairs. I will serve a larger group than our family of three quite easily!! Enjoy!

Spacious apartment in great location in Alfama. Right on the #28 tram line with a stop steps from the front door. Great restaurant almost next door and terrific coffee shop across the street. Note that this is upper Alfama so it’s a bit of an uphill hike from almost anywhere. Although large and well appointed, the unit is not exactly luxurious. It’s a little run down. There are no wash cloths and the towels are threadbare. Hosts were very attentive. When the wifi went out in the building, they immediately dropped off a portable wifi. Overall, a nice place to hang your hat in Lisbon

Stunning location in the beautiful alfama district. Close to the castle, and many fine restaurants and bars. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of space for each of us.

Great place in Alfama, area is fantastic, convenient and with amenities. Spacious and in good shape. Could use a better cleaning services, but nevertheless comfortable. It might need new couches as might be hard to properly clean the current ones. Communication with the owner was great. We would recommend this place.

Dream apartment!

I had a fantastic 3 nights in this gorgeous apartment in the heart of Lisbon. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go, and the streets, restaurants and shops in the local area are so picturesque. It was May, and the rooms stayed cool so I did not need the AC. Service was outstanding, I was met at street level and helped up with bags. Basic amenities provided by thoughtful and generous hosts. I would love to return :)

This was a really great place to stay - we had 7 travelling and it was spacious for all of us. Loved that it was right across from a great coffee place also - right on the tram route which was pretty neat. Staff was responsive and kept in touch during our arrival and met us right on time - were always available to us throughout the stay. We would go back!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und eigentlich auch schön eingerichtet. Ursprünglich wohl auch sehr hochwertig. Im Bad waren die Silikonfugen die Silikonfugen waren sind mit Spakflecken, man hatte versucht diese mit hautfarbener Farbe zu überdecken, die Sofas mit Flecken unbekannter Herkunft übersät. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt, auch weil die Fenster die Geräusche von außen in keiner Weise gemindert haben und die historische Straßenbahn von 6 bis nach 23 Uhr verkehrt. Nach zwei Nächten ohne jeden Schlaf haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht, wir hatten vorher versucht, über den Vermieter eine andere Unterkunft zu bekommen.

Très grand et propre. Localisation impeccable pour se rendre dans le centre ou prendre les transports. On entend le tram dans la rue mais en étant en ville c'est un peu normal!

This was a brilliantly spacious home in a gorgeous area of Lisbon old town. Plenty of room for families, couples or groups and having two bathrooms was fantastic too. We loved our stay and would return. A real comfortable base to explore the city and put your feet up at the end of the day. Well located to many local attractions and they thought about all the details like a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and coffee and great smart TV to relax to. The team were very responsive and communicative which made it a very smooth trip!

Great apartment in a quiet part of the Alfama. The famous 28 tram stops right outside the front door but you can barely hear it from inside. Cultura Portuguesa and the Copenhagen Coffee Lab are 2 great options for coffee/breakfast just steps away and lively, local nightlife is a 5-10 minute walk deeper into the Alfama. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and, for the most part, feels fairly new/modern. Staff was extremely welcoming and communicative. We arrived exhausted and disoriented late at night after traveling for 20 hours but everything was taken care of and check-in/getting settled was the least stressful part of the trip. Overall amazing experience and highly recommend this spot for families looking for a calm place to stay.

Amazing location

We had an amazing time in alfama and the location of the property is great! There is a really nice cafe in front of the property where we had breakfast every morning. We were also able to cook our own meals at the property without any hassles. The place is well equipped and more than enough room for us - 6 adults and a toddler and baby. Thank you for everything goncalo and miku!

Lovely apartment in the centre of historic Alfama.

This was our first trip to Lisbon and we chose to stay in the Alfama district. This apartment was on the route of the famous no 28 tram route, and close to the winding historic streets of central Alfama. The accommodation surpassed our expectations, very modern , comfortable and clean. The owners went out of their way to help from the minute we booked and this added to our holiday experience, the wine when we arrived was especially appreciated thanks :) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, great apartment in a beautiful city .
