In total we were happy with our stay. Good location, and nicer I'd say than the average hotels in El Nido. But a few things could really be improved.
- Pool towels were hard to collect, you'd have to wait around for someone to notice you and bring them. - Minibar not refilled daily.
- The pool was kinda filthy, full of bugs and leaves from the palm trees. They should definitely clean it more often!
- We were always almost out of toilet paper in the room. They could have kept a few extra in the bathroom.
- Very noisy surroundings as they were renovating the hotel during our stay. Our room smelled of chemicals every day after they spray painted just outside our window. Roosters(!) crowing all day., dogs barking...
- Wifi was very poor, but that's the same all over El Nido, so don't expect it to be great.
- Our welcoming when checking in was not friendly at all actually, when they started off by telling us that they don't accept online bookings, - odd since we paid it online, and was confirmed. Later they could find the booking. Made us really nervous at first. The other staff were friendly though.
