I chose this hotel as it is quite secluded, yet still quite close to Athens (if you have a car). The hotel is perched on a cliff overlooking the sea and they have indeed made use of this fact. The restaurant (and my balcony) has a great view over the sea! There is no other civilization around, so you "have" to stay around the hotel and eat at the hotel, but this was no problem as the food was great and affordable.
Sunbeds are included but beware that the "beach" is quite small and thin and not made of sand, rather of hard stones, also out in the water. So make sure to bring some plastic shoes to have in the water, it is not nice to walk barefoot on the beach and in the water.
