Superb Holiday
We had a fantastic time! The service was impeccable, and the food options were excellent, including plenty of choices for kids. There was something for everyone, with great activities for families and adults alike. Sebiha and Samet were wonderful hosts who made our stay truly memorable. 3 nights, two King rooms, $750 each with balcony/porch with jacuzzi and partial view of sea. We lost power two times. One room had a bad smell in the room on 1st and last day (air conditioner, smell like toilet leak somewhere). They never gave me the WhatsApp contact for personal relations, until night before we left. I contacted them 3x with no response.

We have arrived with our young baby and the room was right in front the SArena, very loud music was up until 2AM, not reasonable at any way. We couldn't get a decent sleep all through this week. Besides, the rest was fine BUT it's hard to enjoy when you're tired. So unfortunately I won't recommend this resort.

The hotel itself is nice, food is decent , staff most of them are amazing, but it was very hot and we always had issues with the air-conditioning in the room, even the lobby and the restaurant they were very hot.
