Wi-fi doesn’t work in the rooms. I complained about it and got an “we’ll look into that ma’am”. It never got better. Why not just own up to it and say they’re sorry? No need to lie.
Room suffered from a lot of condensed moisture that was messy and I slipped on it a few times. This one must be from cheap constructing.
I could not change the air con temperature even though they have a controller, it was always freezing in the room. I even got a repairman in the room and it wasn’t fixed.
Breakfast buffet had almost nothing left on it an hour before it should close. At 9am.
Shuttle buses to white beach only went once every 1,5 hours. That’s ridiculous. If you offer shuttle you should make it accessible.
When I arrived I had to send an email to them with my confirmation, like they didn’t believe I had a reservation? Even though I had already paid for the room in full prior. And reception person told me to wait 15 minutes for my room to get ready (I arrived at 18.00 and check-in is from 15.00??). I ended up waiting an hour to get my room.
I got a massage for php 900, they cost php 350 by white beach. And the massage was ok, but I could only get it in my room, which could be nice. But they only brought towels and oil. No nice background music or nice scents/candles. I could literally hear the loud kids playing in the pool outside. Not very soothing. I’d expect more from a massage that expensive.
