Lousy place but near to everything
The towels given could not absorb water, the bed sheets were coarse and irritating to the skin. Pillow cases were coarse and very uncomfortable. Toilet was dirty. Sink was filled with water. WiFi was good but sometimes splotchy. Staff was very slow with check in. Couldn't find my reservation.

Good location for affordable price
It is strategically located in Cebu's center where public vehicles are easily accessible. The family room is great for big groups and family as we went there as a group of 5 and still had extra space for another person. Though the bathroom is small, it is clean and they provide basic toiletries. Aircon and mattresses were comfortable so we had a good rest, however, walls are thin so you can hear footsteps and chats of the other guests. Nevertheless, it is a good stay considering its price.

Excellent location, very clean room
Location is excellent - in front of Fuente Osmena Circle beside KFC, with large signage and frontage. On 3rd floor with good lift, no problem with large luggage. Room is basic - nothing except a bed but large enough for couple. Very good WiFi. Receptionist very good - provided good advice on jeepney routes to both North and South bus terminals. Laundry facilities available. Drinking water top up available at 1 litre for P20 (Nov 2018). Very clean room. Good eateries and 24-hours groceries stores around. Problem with toilet - only 2 WC and 4 shower among many rooms. No shampoo and body foam in toilets.

Cannot complain for the price mb that yiu have to supply your own shampoo etc not sure if you get a towel but did have to ask foe toilet paper good aircond This basic hostel i do recommend central heaps of foid options close by supermarket Only draw back is heaps of homeless beggers i don't give money but instead carried a few packets of crackers n apples to hand out

In short: location is perfect, customer service is not good. The walls of room is thin wood. You will hear the neighbor room's noise and will not be able to rest well. And when I was sleeping, there's drilling and carpentering happening on the outside of room. How inconvenient. They don't have a good receptionist. They just show you to bed and done--no information about where is toilet, locker, towel, wifi, what rules, if there's free drinking water, and they have free coffee but they did not say they have, etc you'd be clueless on your stay and you have to figure out everything on your own like you're in a jungle. If they don't like to brief someone who checked in, then I suggest for them to print an all-in-one "guideline for your stay". The receptionist did not even say that the bed that I was in was just used and not yet changed by housekeeping. The receptionist is biased towards foreigners than Filipinos. If you're a foreigner, you'll be well taken care of. If Filipino, don't expect customer service. Location-wise, it's perfect--almost at the central cebu circle of fuente osmena. Beside is a 7 11 convenience store and hal-block is already a mall.
