There is no seats in the lobby and no wifi to use there either. YOU HAVE TO BUY WIFI, and BUY the service of watching TV.
In the room, the biggest problem is that you have to go to the reception and ask them to turn down or up to the heat in your room. This is maybe not the biggest problem unless my first night the airconditioner had broken. The second night noone was in the recpetion, it says 24 hours. I meet someone in the lobby that stays there once a months due to work. He sat on there table and said that it is usally like this. It is not a 24 hours reception - this is a huge problem. They have to have a 24 hours reception because my hotel card would not work. I had the hotel card in its own wallet with nothing near it to be unmagnetized.
The staff can learn to say hello. It is the first place I have stayed at where the staff does not great you.
Only stay here if you know that you can deal with the aircondietiner being out of dorder. The wondows does npt open.

I almost went and bought toalet papper because, when I checkedc in there was so little. I asked for one, I got a damped one, it most likely feel in the taolett and they let it dry.
Really filthy, and that brionghs me to cleaning, they dont clean your room everyday.
