Worst Customer Service Ever! Had a booking error that was supposed to be for 3 but was mistakenly booked for just 1. After sitting on the phone with Expedia for over an hour, Expedia after several attempts to contact the hotel to correct the error could not get them to pick up the phone, or respond to emails. This all while we are literally standing in front of the receptionist at the front desk. After the unsuccessful attempts by Expedia, they stated we had to handle directly with the hotel staff. The staff including manager said it was not their fault that the error happened and we had to pay extra for the 2 additional people, no problem. Well we asked how much it was, and turns out it was the same price to get an additional room. So, we decided to just book the extra room. The receptionist stopped to no end to try and convince us to just pay extra to have the 2 additional persons added to the original booking, but if it’s the same price for an extra room why not book the extra room? After finally getting the extra room paid for, we were given the keys. We get the the original booked room, there were 3 king beds…. As if the original booking was actually for 3 people. Continue to the second booked room, key doesn’t work.We go down stairs to make manager aware that the key does not work, she gives us a manual key,that key doesn’t work.Get a new room,then that key didn’t work. Not enough characters to explain rest,but didn’t check in officially until 7:30pm.Terrible experience
