Negatives (many):
No real reception, no keys or key card (instead a code written down on a piece of paper, plus a late hour code), no help with bags, no elevator (ridiculous), no proper breakfast or lunch option (the restaurant opened at 5pm), plus I was wrongly charged for something in the minibar after (which they graciously removed... I think.). I was also not able to receive an invoice from them at all as I booked through hotels.com; the first hotel in my many years of traveling and using hotels.com that refused/were not able to provide.
Most non-customer directed point: you are made to create an account with them with password online prior to arrival in order to get your room number; when my colleague and I got there, I tried to sort that out but clearly annoyed with the process was offered no help until I asked, which of course took only a few minutes for the person working there (not reception) to fix. Absurd.
Positives: the bed was comfortable, good sized room.
