I was on a 3-day stay business r&r,
First thing as I got there I was charged up to $100 in hidden service fees early check in when I arrived at approximately 11:00 a.m., was charged a cleaning deposit for my house train service pet unregistered (entered the room and realized it was not clean from the last pet that was in the room wreaked the smell of cat urine within the restrooms the floors were stained carpet)
There is a trash room located on the floor on each floor with open trash cans and garbage spread on the ground.
Management treats guest as suspects, and has very little control over her staff.
The room that I had was unsanitized spot cleaned only.
The key point of interest areas had not been sanitized such as the people on the door, no remote control working properly, the dishes that I received were dirty with food residue, I asked for a scoring pad sponge and was given an Old rag, I requested for my garbage to be taken to the dumpster and was told to take it out myself, I went to go recline on the recliner to realize it was busted and not openable.
The list can go on the breakfast that was served was no more than just two thermoses and 99 cent store packaged items.
Just kept creating chaos and stereotyping and the personnel would reflect on their slander and deformations of customers. Lack of hospitality value
