The room is actually beautiful, roomy, clean and like new, we enjoyed our stay a lot, check in was uneventful, only down side is there's only one elevator and it's slow. We stayed for 6 hours due to flight delay and check out at 10PM, I dropped off the key card at the front desk, they provided no receipt and invoice but that's usually how check out goes so we left go on our way.
But days later, we're charged $97.23 on my credit card! I didn't consume anything in room, I did use the parking and got 3 bottle drinks from the lobby, but that seems like an outrageous amount for those items.
I emailed their corporate and was immediately refunded $75.03, again, no communication, no explanation.
If you still decided to stay here because the rate is good, make sure you check your bill and credit card statement, and make sure you use a credit card instead of a debit card, so you have the option to file charge back from your bank should things go wrong.
