Nice place to stay
Great place to stay if you are looking for a good basic place with no frills. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms have been nicely upgraded from what they used to be. Check in was easy and pleasant.

Tiny soap.
It's always been very comfortable. Lots of pillows, wonderful mattress, shower water good and hot. This time there was only one very tiny square of soap that we had to use between the shower and the sink. Check in was easy and they kindly changed our upstairs room for a ground floor unit. My husband is disabled.

Out of 16 properties for the month this was the worse property. We have a service dog and although this is a pet friendly property, they tried to put us in a room that smelled like dirty dog. They gave us trouble about our service dog who is a 17lb Lhasa, non allergetic, non shedding dog. The electricity went out at about 6:30p.m. and didn't come back on until 1:30a.m. Very little communication was shared by the staff and no thank-you in the morning for putting up with the problem. The continental breakfast was extremely scarse and there wasn't enough coffee. I do not recommend staying at this property with a service animal.

Slamming doors
Standard queen room was fine. The power got knocked out around 8pm becsuse of a lightning storm so we went to bed early. They put us in room 16 on the end. The exterior door was adjacent to our room and every time someone used it, it would slam. Woke us up numerous times. I asked for a discount because of the slamming door and they gave us a whopping $13.59!! We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

All was good, except a power outage meant no lights etc in hotel and no food available at any restaurant! Not the hotels fault. Noisy as close to the I90.

The check in person was great! Informative, attentive, inviting. The check out person was the opposite. Place is clean, comfortable, and nice. Very noisy freeway but the room had a noise maker (too block out noise?). Unfortunately people were on their phones up and down hallway late into the evening. Looking forward to getting some sleep at our next stop.

I was very optimistic about this hotel's ratings but unfortunately it didn't live up to that. I asked for a quiet room but the freeway noise was very high and bothered me all night. While the hotel has some nice amenities, we didn't feel that they offset the deficits. I would not stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.
