It was probably a premium hotel during the 80/90-ties, but those days are since long gone. Parts of the personnel were rather rude when notable insufficiencies in the room were brought to their attention.
The restaurant too looks good to the eye, but it was managed by a head waiter, who looked troubled and stressed, which of course is transferred over to the others in the personnel. Some of them had a hard time managing English. All the guests where systematically placed in a lobby like lounge when a space right beside was filled with white and tidy tablecloths, why?
The entire crew of this hotel needs a thorough education in what it means to work with hosting and service (maybe except the cleaning people, they were nice and communicative) – we will never return.
