No problems with a friendly check in but expect more personal attityder from a 4star hotel and to that high price.
I mean, inform customers about services the hotel offers for example where the pool and gym is, we have restaurantes where you can eat, taxi if you need outside to the left etc.

At pool side, a quite angry woman gave my 5 year daughter a towel, pls be friedley.
The restaurante by the pool on the lobby leval, good service but the pizza sin gluten was just a very thick piece of bread with very little cheese for € 19,5, looks like frozen from Lidl and I had nachos with very very little carne.
Overall, very good night sleep in a nice bed and god shuttle 5 a.m the next morning but for over € 200 a night,
try with a smile and be more informative.
