I arrived and immediately disliked the vibe, the location of the hotel, and the fact that the hotel was older than I expected (I thought it would be a bit more modern, to be honest). After receiving the key, I had to go through the dining hall to get to my room, which felt off. Upon opening the door, I found that the room was a mess, left over from the previous guest. I was already not keen on the vibe there, so this was the last straw. I went back to the lobby and asked if they could kindly refund some of the fee, even though it was a non-refundable stay. I felt that if the hotel were service/customer-oriented, they might be willing to issue some refund, but they did not. To this day, I have not received anything. Sorry, but I will never set foot here again.
