Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Location is good, close to the river and bridges over to Buda.
Hotel is on a small street connecting to the Váci walking street for shopping and restaurants. This area is for tourists with all that comes with this. Prices are higher than you might find elsewhere in the city. If you prefer spending your time outside the tourist hotspots the hotel location is still very convenient. Easy access to the rest of the city by walking, trams or subway.
The room was nice on the fifth floor. King size bed, pillows of different sizes, quiet effective air condition and a nice bathroom. Very cold, decent sized refrigirator, and a safe was also available in the room. We slept well, no unexpected noice during the evenings or nights.
Breakfast was very good. Nice selection of derry products, bread, fruit, vegetables, desserts and warm options. If you want to make sandwich there was a good selection of toppings. Warm food varied a bit but consisted of beans, sausages, meatballs, scrambled eggs and more.
The standout thing for me is the staff. Everyone from the people working the reception, cleaning and breakfast was very polite, friendly and efficient. Good job!
