First when we book we didn’t have any expectations because of some earlier reviews we read about before we booked. But directly when we arrived we get a fantastic welcome from the staff. We booked the beachfront villa plunge pool and the room was over our expectations. It was really a villa on the beach and the staff helped with everything we could ask for. The rooms was very clean and the staff cleaning the room was really nice and professional. We also read about people complaining about animals but in our 10 days stay we only saw a few gecko and a couple of frogs in the garden place when it just had rain. We really think this hotel need a push-up in their reviews because this hotel really deserves 10 of 10 for the staff, rooms, location and the environment. NOTE: we travel a lot and booked a lot of 5 star hotels in Thailand and this really fits in the category 5 star hotel
