Beautifully situated hotel but service bad
The hotel was situated at the beach which was great but the windows of our room was so dirty that it ruined our experience. The room was otherwise clean but a dirty plate with leftovers was standing in the stairway for two days before the staff removed it after we informed them about it. The guests next to us was smoking in their room and it got through the walk in to our room. Pool not heated. Jazucci and sauna not included, you have to pay extra for that which is not mentioned in the information about the hotel. No kitchen facilites as it was said in the information, just a waterboiler and 2 teacups and coffemugs.
It said in the information also that the hotel provide transfer if you call them once you arrive at the airport. We both tried to mail the hotel the day beore our arrival and call them for over 30 min when we arrived at the airport before they answered. On the phone they refered us to general shuttle companies outside the airport. The never answered our mail.
