This hotel is located on Broadway, probably the most noisy street in San Francisco. Its one awesome location but you wont be able to sleep if u don't bring earplugs. During nights its not only constant traffic, there are also restaurant owners who think its a good time to sort their waste during nights. So every night I was there., there were different ppl throwing glass on to a truck for at least 1 hour every night, just outside hotel. Must be their only time at night to sort out glass. I dont know. Hotel is totally worn out. bed is not comfortable. And the TV is probably from the late 80ies.Its so bad the new format TV is broadcasted in today, doesn't fit its screen so the image is cropped. I missed a refrigerator in the room. There was no proper grocery market in the area. Cleaning lady was friendly and did a good job. I know they say wifi is not available in rooms just lobby, but srsly, its 2019. They should be able to get it working in guest rooms. Especially since same wifi did work 30 metres from the hotel in every direction if u left the building. I had the most unwelcoming experience from the reception staff both on arrival and departure. I don't think they know what service, a warm welcoming and a smile means. Barely spoke English.
