We stayed in a penthouse apartment for five nights. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated and had a sea view (plus view of the construction site below but it didn't bother us). The rooms were not spotless, but clean enough. There was a kitchen in the apartment but no pots or pans,no sharp knife, no kitchen cloth or kitchen towel. There were also a few other things missing in the apartment such as a usable closet for clothes, hand soap in the bathrooms, hand towels, safe and something to dry your swimsuits on like a clothesline or a rack on the balcony. The two pools were very nice - one of them is in the shade in the afternoon, which is good when you travel with children (but the pools are quite deep). The beach Noi Na is located about 200 m from the hotel. The best part of the beach is beneath the Mooban Talay Resort- white and soft coral sand and hardly any other people around. Noi Na is an extremely quiet place. We found five or so restaurants around, including the Pandora one. The Pandora restaurant is alright. It has a small selection of simple dishes. There is a mini market close to the beach where you can drinks, snacks, ice cream and fruit.A taxi to nearby Sai Kaew Beach or Nadan Peer costs 200 THB. You can also rent bikes and motor bikes outside of Pandora. The hotel staff was friendly enough and most of them spoke some English.
