Want to say that the staff is very kind and are doing their very best. Apart from that there are issues:
- Dinner, if you dont come when it opens you will find dishes and salad not being there. So you need to bee first so you get the food you want. The selection is bad, it could be more clean with the stations, found hair at the sleeves you take food with.
- The Windows of our room where so Dirty you could barely see out from it.
- the ac, lamps and fridge were not working.
- Ordering from the caffé could taket 45(!) minutes to get delivered. It was just coffe, nothing that could take time and if it makes time, tell the customers it Will take time so they know.
- There are limited spots on the beach and the shuttle bus driving there only has 12 spots even tho the hotel was fully booked.
We are truly dissapointed since it states to be a 5 star hotel, this is really not a 5 star with the condition of today. The best part was the staff who where very kind (except the one in the caffé serving coffe with her back towards me?). Want to say thanks to the guy who arranges honey moon sets and takes care of the locals, staff at rental car and the guy who is in charge of the resturant outside seatings. They är really doing their best and deserve a raise.
Apart from the staff there is not much of a 5 star hotel. Very sorry for that.
