Great hotel, great price.
Located just a few minutes walk from the Lugariz train station. We also walked into the city a few times which takes about 40 minutes. The rooms are brand new (as of our stay, april 2019) and everything is spotless clean. Right next door is a café with friendly staff. The café is genuine and prices low (not tourist prices). Breakfast at the café ranges from about 3,50-5.00 euro). A few other cafés in the area, a couple of supermarkets and some restaurants within walking distance. The bus stops right outside the hotel and the staff is helpful to explain both train and buss routes. Buss is a really good option, and also cheap (train is cheap too). For the price per night, this is a really great hotel and I will stay here the next time I visit Donostia. ONLY downside: No microwave or water-boiler.
