If you like 80’s horror movies
The interior design reminded me of an 80’s horror movie. And the hallways of the lucid dreams out of Twin Peaks.
When I arrived to my room the carpet was soaked in a large enough spot to cover up some large spill. Considering the overall look of the room I could only imagine what had happened in it before I got there.
My socks soaked from stepping in it, I looked for the controller to the AC. Once I figured out it was out of service and the wall AC box, sounding like a wood mill, had a warning sign not to touch it, I called the front desk… who told me to touch it. I was confused but managed to get it down a nob from freezing to just arctic winds.
The next morning I tried the gym and saw the dirty pool - which you do have to pay an extra resort fee for - and although functional, the late 70’s update to equipment perhaps shouldn’t be used by a novice.
Besides that the food in the restaurant tasted like poison and they tried to charge me for my prepaid breakfast.
If I was Hotels.com I would seriously consider removing this listing. I have stayed at some shady places but none that charge me as much for a night as The Wynn in Vegas.
Super deserving of a minus star rating and a warning not to chose this location.
