Hotel has the wrong information on their recorded message about the airport shuttle. It states their van is marked La Quinta. We waited a half hour for the La Quinta van to no avail. After listening to the message several time I called and spoke to the front ask to find out the shuttle is actually run by a parking lot company, not marked La Quinta but marked Airport Spectrum, a van that already passed us. We ended up having to wait another 30 minutes which meant we waited more than 50 minutes for a pick up outside in the cold at night. I told the front desk their shuttle message is wrong and basically they told me, “yeah, we know.” They seemed to really not care. We’d already been informed they under construction via an email the day before. Piss poor service, and fix that damn message asap. Your guests deserve better than this. Never never never again. Don’t book this place. If you do expect a construction site, and check with a human being about their shuttle service and who is actually picking you up at LAX.
