We usually stay at Embassy Suites for the previous customer service and feeling of convenience when away from home. I haf 2 bookings one for my family and then one for the next day for my in laws. Upon my arrival on a Friday I out of making sure asked to make sure that the reservation for mybin laws arriving the next day was accurate and still showing in the system and was rold yes. My in laws arrived the next day at about 10am and was told they could not check in early, which was understandable stated they needed to wait until 4pm, which was fine we had games later that day where we would be out until at least 8pm. Came back to the hotel and were told that the room was no longer available. UNACCEPTABLE! The front desk attendant was very unprofessional, did not want to help come up with a solution, and called her off the clock "manager Ryan". They continued to play around and for 45 mins explain to us that the manager was "on her way" to assist us. For some reason the only "manager on duty" was a guy who explained to us that her was over food & beverage. We waited in the lobby for over 30 mins and said manager never arrived. In laws had to go to another hotel for a room. With all of this, i specifically asked for our room to get a cleaning while we were out, rooms was not up to par nor were there towels added after cleaning. I will NEVER stay at Embassy Suites-St.Louis Airport. I have left my contact information with someone this morning in hopes to be contacted by a GM SOON!
