The experience overall was great. Very beautiful place, the staff is very friendly, especially the bar tender who helped us, he was very friendly. Our room’s door was hard to open and hard to close. Also, the hotel pays ART for transportation to and from Disney. I suggest you stop paying them. We took a Lyft to Disney then when we came out we got on the ART bus and the app didn’t open my passes but luckily I was suggested by the hotel to screenshot them or save them in my iPhone wallet. They didn’t have the wallet option so I screenshot it and the driver said because they were screenshot he could not provide us a ride. I showed him proof that I was staying at the hotel and he turned us away. He was so rude and was making faces when came up to the bus. He was outside of Disney around 12:30 am, thin, maybe 5’6” in stature, and darker skin. I struggled to get those passes and the front desk was helping me so to be turned away in such a rude way was incredibly unprofessional.
