Many things to improve La Dolce Sosta!
1. There was vital information about how to check in (keys needed to be picked up in a different location) to the hotel that was stuck in the bottom of the confirmation email. Such information must be much clearer, especially when you arrive with a kid in the evening. Not ok!
2. Very difficult to find the actual place where the hotel was located. No signs whatsover. This needs to be improved.
3. The hotel stated they had try to reach us all day. That is not true since I had no incoming/missed calls.
4. The three phone numbers available to me to reach the hotel did not workl. We were lucky to find a person who could call the hotel.
5. Once we got in contact and found the place to pick up the key, they gave us the wrong keys. None of the three keys worked. In the end the had to combine keys from different key chains to get it to work.
6. No sympathy whatsover from the staff about the above issues and the fact that we had a 4 year old child that needed to sleep.
7. We booked family room. It was not a family room, it was two person room with a extra bed stuck in there. Not ok!
8. The extra bed was broken so that we had to use a bag do get proper support for my legs (I did not want my daugther to sleep on a broken bed).
