Overall good stay
The hotel was good! I had a good room the king size room and it was specious.
The only thing that could improve is the check in. I didn’t get any information about the tax and the complementary kit daily fees. I was surprised to be charged 200$ for it when i checked out. I guess the staff at the reception needs to have a same knowledge and same routine to explain to the guests what is what and where is the hotel amenities. Plus I had free room upgrade and first I had to ask the receptionist for it and he confirmed that I had the free upgrade and change my room to the another room( queen size room) which is not the upgrade room. I had to recall again and spoke with another receptionist to get the right room( king size room) again all this could have gone much more smoother If the receptionist had the right knowledge and attitude.
